MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION OF PERSONAL DATA: you are entitled to access to your personal data kept by  us and to the treatment details  thereof, as well as to rectify them in case they are inaccurate or to  instruct us, to  cancell them when you consider them as excessive or unnecessary for the purposes that justified its collecting or to oppose to their treatment for specific purposes (art. 16).

 

The implemented mechanisms for the exercise of such rights are useable through the presentation of the respective request:

DATA TRANSFER: The information we collect may be shared with  users or clients as appropriate, since our website is a virtual catalog whereby the user may contact our clients in order to make a medical appointment and request for its services, and at the same time it allows our clients to contact the user thereof to confirm the appointment or provide its services. Notwithstanding the foregoing we state that we do not transfer your data to local or foreign third parties, (art. 36).

 

We hereby state that we shall not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, save for  the exceptions set forth in  article 37 of the above mentioned Law, as well as to carry out the permitted transfer thereof in terms of said  law.

 

Exceptions set forth in article 37 of the Law:

Article 37.- National or international data transfers may be carried out without the consent of the holder when any of the following assumptions are made:

1. When the transfer is provided in a Law or Treaty into which Mexico is a party;
2. When the transfer is necessary for prevention or medical diagnosis, provision of health care, medical treatment or the management of health services;

• When the transfer is made to holding companies, subsidiaries or affiliates under the common control of the controller, or to a head company or to any company of the same group that operates under the same processes and internal policies;

 

 

1. When the transfer is necessary because of an existing or contemplated contract in favor of the holder, between the responsible and a third party;
